We offer a 7-Day Refund / Exchange Policy.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

You can request a refund or exchange if:

• Item is damaged
• Wrong item delivered
• Product defect
• Missing items

Important Requirement

Customers must record a proper unboxing video when opening parcel.

The video must:

• Start before opening package
• Show the courier bag sealed
• Show full product clearly

Without an unboxing video, refund claims may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused
• Product must be in original packaging
• No damage caused by customer
• Request within 7 days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund will NOT be issued if:

• Customer changed their mind
• Customer didn't like the product
• Wrong order placed by customer
• Product used or damaged by the customer

Refund Method

Refund will be processed via:

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash / Easypaisa
• Store Credit (optional)

Exchange Delivery Time

Exchange delivered within 2–5 working days.
